Data & Account Deletion

Who this is for

This applies if you connected a Meta ad account to the kolabs media-buying tool at mediabuying.kolabs.agency by logging in through Facebook. The tool is operated by kolabs to manage advertising for the brands it works with.

What we store

• An access token for the Meta ad account(s) you connect (stored encrypted), used to read insights and create/manage ads on your behalf.
• Advertising performance data we pull from Meta to build reports — spend, impressions, clicks, video metrics, purchases and similar ad-level metrics.

We do not store your Facebook profile, friend list, messages, or other personal Facebook information.

How to delete your data

1. Disconnect in the app.Open your brand's settings in the tool and disconnect the Meta integration. The stored access token is removed immediately and we can no longer access your ad account.
2. Remove the app on Facebook. You can also revoke access from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which invalidates the token.
3. Request full erasure. To delete everything we hold — tokens and any saved reports — email kristijan@kolabs.agency from the email tied to your account, or with your ad account ID. We will confirm and permanently delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

The stored access token for your ad account and any performance reports we generated from it. Once deleted, the tool retains no data about your account. Note that this does not delete anything inside your own Meta Ads account — only the copy of data held by this tool.
